IN THE ATLANTA AREA We at Tehva Baking Company take community involvement as a part of doing business. Helping people in need is an universal human value, regardless of religion or ethnicity. Every month we donate a variety of breads to the Loaves and Fishes program of St.John the Wonderworker Orthodox Church in downtown Atlanta. We would like to extend an invitation to our customers, suppliers and the general caring public: If you would like to donate food for this program, please call us at 404-257-2500 before dropping it off at our Buckhead location, preferrably on Wednesdays (but any other weekday is also ok) between 6am and 12pm. | MARCH 2009 Beginning in March of 2009, and every year there after our company will donate a portion of our Sales to Colon Cancer Research. We will customize our product lines for the Month of March to include the Colon Cancer Blue Star on them. All purchases that our customers make, a portion will go to Colon Cancer Research. Studies show that a diet high in fiber, daily exercise & overall healthy eating can reduce the incidence of colon cancer dramatically. Studies also show that cancer doesn't discriminate and that anyone having a family history at all should get screened.
